Our website www.intfoodexpo.com (hereinafter, the "Website") and our "intfoodexpo" application for mobiles and handheld devices (hereinafter, the "App"), its integrated systems and partner applications thereunder, are jointly referred to as the "Platform" and fall within the definition of 'intermediary' as defined in clause (w) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Act.
The Platform is operated and owned by Market Samachar LLC, a limited liability corporation and having its registered office at P O box 2242, Edison, NJ 08818.
For the purpose of this electronic record, wherever the context so requires, the terms "you", "your", or "Licensee" shall mean and refer to any natural or legal person who has agreed to become an Exhibitor / Attendee on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as a registered user using any computer system/ mobile/ handheld device. The terms "intfoodexpo", "Licensor", "we", "us" or "our" shall mean Market Samachar LLC.
This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, our Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C").

Your comments and inputs when you participate in the interactive Services offered by the intfoodexpo Platform such as discussion boards, chat box, competitions, promotions or surveys, or other social media functions or make payments etc., or enable features that require intfoodexpo's access to your address book or calendar.
Our Platform may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your computer/ mobile/ any other handheld device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit our Platform to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our Services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection. If you permit access to the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location and number of attendees.
Details of your visits to our website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data (Depending on the Services that you use, and your app settings or device permissions, we may collect your real time information, or approximate location information as determined through data such as GPS, IP address), weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

We also reserve the right to monitor conversations between two Users availing facilities through any mechanism on the Platform.

USE AND STORAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. We use vault and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. The third-party service providers with respect to our vault and tokenization services and our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers).
You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password, which enables you to use our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. This helps us to administer the Website, to learn about user behavior on the Website, to improve our product and Services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
